AISHA ABU ZAR
Jasmac Productions is led and managed by Aisha Abu Zar, a qualified trainer in Film and TV with a focus on Professional Development. Her guidance is based on over 10 years' industry experience working as a cinematography and studio technician on a range of projects, in addition to acting as freelance assistant director, pre-productions, location manager, and as an actor in Wonder Woman, Mission Impossible and various Netflix original series, including The Crown.
After obtaining a HNC in Creative Media Productions in 2022, Aisha decided to draw on her real-world practice to give something back. Forming her creative Hub, she now supports individuals from all walks of life to build their portfolios and film credits, an essential but extremely difficult part of getting into the industry. Covering traditional aspects of film and TV as well as vlogging, YouTube and TikTok, she delivers a professional studio environment and comprehensive support to allow individuals to get a real taste for a career behind or in front of the camera. Through her collaborative approach, she holds the door open for aspiring creatives from diverse backgrounds who deserve a chance of establishing a connection within the industry they love.
